What we collect
- Your email address — either typed at sign-in, or supplied by Google if you use
"Continue with Google". If you sign in with Google we receive only your email address
and whether it is verified; we never see your Google password.
- Your practice record — which questions you attempted and whether you got them
right, linked to your email, so the site can show your progress and mastery.
- A sign-in cookie — this keeps you logged in. It is essential to the service;
we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To provide the service — your email identifies your account and, for paid
members, confirms your subscription.
- Marketing (optional) — only if you ticked the "email me revision tips" box at
sign-in. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them
immediately.
Who else processes your data
- Lemon Squeezy — our payment provider and merchant of record. They handle the
checkout, your card details and any refunds. Your card details never reach our servers;
we only ask them whether your email has an active subscription.
- Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google", to confirm your email
address belongs to you.
- Render — our hosting provider, which runs the website's server and database.
We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and practice record for as long as your account exists. Ask us to
delete it and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it,
or delete it entirely. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
